If you are signing up for the first time you must purchase your access FOB (reusable for future membership payments). Don’t forget to add your FOB to cart!
Memberships start counting from the day you collect your FOB. If you already have a FOB, membership will start counting from the day of payment.
Upfront memberships are non-refundable
Each member must have their own fob
Convenient reminders:
You will receive a text reminder before your membership expires
Simply top up your fob with a minimum of 4 weeks (or more) to continue your membership
Visit us during staffed hours to collect your access FOB:
Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 2pm
Saturdays: by appointment only
