No matter what your goal is, whether it's losing body fat, building muscle, getting stronger, improving your fitness, or simply creating healthier habits, your program will be built around you and adjusted as you progress.

When you sign up for online coaching, you'll receive a personalised training program based on your goals, training experience and the equipment you have available. As you progress, your program will be updated to keep challenging you and help you continue improving.

You'll also receive personalised calorie and macronutrient targets, along with guidance to help you build sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. If cardio is part of your goal, I'll include a cardio plan that's appropriate for your current fitness level and goals.

Where appropriate, I'll also recommend supplements that may help support your training, recovery and overall health.

Each day, you'll spend around two minutes completing your daily notes before bed. You'll answer a few quick yes or no questions about things like your nutrition, water intake, sleep, digestion, energy levels and how you're finding your program.

These daily notes are one of the most valuable parts of your coaching. By the time your fortnightly check-in comes around, it's easy to forget how the previous two weeks have gone. Your daily notes give me a clear picture of your habits, recovery and overall progress, allowing me to make informed adjustments to your training and nutrition rather than relying on memory alone.

Every two weeks, we'll complete a check-in where I'll review your daily notes, progress photos, body measurements and feedback to get a clear picture of how you're progressing. Looking at everything together allows me to see what's working well, identify anything that needs adjusting, and make changes to keep you moving towards your goals.

Your progress photos and measurements are kept completely confidential between you and me and are used solely to track your progress as accurately as possible. They often tell us much more than the scales alone.

Throughout your coaching, you'll have ongoing support whenever you need it. If you have a question, need guidance, or aren't sure about something, you can reach out at any time.

My goal is to give you the knowledge, structure and accountability you need to achieve results that last, while helping you build habits you can maintain long after your coaching has finished.
